01.08.2023 – Visit of the BSPG collections / nomenclature and codes (ICZN vs. ICBN)
02.08.2023 – Natural history collections (curation, purpose and modern uses) / visit of the living zoological collection
03.08.2023 – Introduction to NGS data sets (types of NGS data, when to use what, experimental design) / visit of the BSM collections
04.08.2023 – NGS data analyses I (population genetics/genomics and clustering analyses)

Week 2 (7-12 Aug)
07.08.2023 – NGS data analyses II (phylogenetic/genomic inference and gene flow testing)

10.08.2023 – NGS data analyses III (time divergence estimation and biogeographic reconstructions)
11.08.2023 – Data management planning and data archiving / Big Data analyses and a guided tour through “Flowers Forever”
